We are Parents united in our grave concern for the health, safety and future of our youth.
future leaders, the marijuana industry needs future users... who will we let win?
Parents for a Healthy Colorado is a volunteer, parent-led, nonpartisan, grassroots coalition speaking up for the health and safety of our children with regard to the commercialization of the marijuana industry. Amendment 64 promised that marijuana regulation would provide a safer environment for our kids and would constrict youth access.
What we now have is a billion dollar, for-profit industry that is making extremely potent marijuana and concentrates and is targeting our youth with edibles and products that can be hidden and discreetly consumed. All while reinforcing the message that marijuana is NOT harmful, and that getting high is an acceptable form of recreation.
